Our Program
Fiscal Resources Management trains our affiliates to be ready to work with clients and prospective clients the day they get out of training. This is a very structured program with continuous support and accountability. We have found that mutual accountability is one of the key components to success. For your investment, you can expect:

• Classroom Training: 3 days of interactive, disciplined and focused training at our training center in Denver Colorado.
• Training manuals will be provided and will include a marketing and sales mastery program specifically designed for this course.
• Ongoing Monitoring, Managing and Mentoring (The 3m program): Monitoring through daily action reports. Managing through constant flow of educational emails. Mentoring through weekly teleconference/webinar

• B to B Appointment Center: Not only will we show you how to get customers and vendors but, we are going to set appointments for you. You will receive a minimum of 3 appointments per week for the first several weeks. These will be preset by our outbound professional business to business call center. These will be businesses that have expressed a need and have a desire for your services.
• For those affiliates with an interest in the medical/dental field, other revenue sources are available. We will teach some of the finer points of medical and dental management. After funding, you will have the ability to further impact the growth and profitability of medical and dental practices.

Ongoing Support
We will give you access to our intranet site used to support licensees. By having access to the site, you will have access to information and data to help develop, plan, start-up, and operate your own commercial lending business.
We will operate a call-center, which will continue to generate leads and/or set-up appointments with potential clients for your commercial lending business. We will generate and provide leads to you and our goal is to set a minimum of 2 appointments each week- for each licensee.

We have established relationships with major lenders, and we will facilitate your loan transactions and assist you all of the way through the loan funding process.

1. We will review and process your loan request packages, and submit them to the lenders that specialize in you client’s particular property type. Then we will send you quotes and/or letters of interest from the lenders for you to communicate to your client.
2. If your client chooses to proceed, you will submit the executed copy of the letter of interest and the good faith deposit, and you client will receive the lender’s complete Loan Application Package.
3. We will assist you and your client, as the loan proceeds through the approval and closing process.
