Investing In the PIAssociates Master Licensor Program

Your Responsibilities as a Master Licensor: Obtaining Leads

• Advertising to obtain leads to sell new offices.
• Receiving inquiries.
• Emailing and calling inquiries to screen qualified individuals.
• Mail out Media Kit to qualified individuals.
• Answer all questions they will have.
• Set up a one on one interview with qualified leads for Tony DeLorenzo, Director of Licensing at Headquarters.

Our Responsibility: Selling the Territory

• Headquarters will answer all Territory questions and close the deal.
• Headquarters will handle the contract and financing of all territories.
• Headquarters will give a 10 day free training program at Headquarters in New Jersey.
• Once the new offices are opened, you will have a weekly “phone” meeting with each office. Any comments or problems will be passed on to Headquarters.
• Headquarters will address all comments and problems within 24 hours.

Tested and Proven Marketing Materials

• Individuals can view our on-line brochure and info kit pages. All leads from Headquarters will go directly to our State Representatives (our Master Licensors).
• You will also receive 10 free Media Kits to mail out to qualified individuals. Additional Media Kits are available for $8.00 each in packs of 10.

How You’ll Earn Commission
Each territory is sold by population. The minimum territory is one million people and the cost is $ .03 per person. The minimum territory is $30,000. Individuals can expand to any size territory they like. As a Master Licensor, you will receive 50% of the Territory Fee and 25% of the Administration Royalty Fee. The Administration Royalty Fee is 7% per month based on $10,000 gross sales per month. A minimum of $700 per month fee is charged to each office. All commission checks are paid on the 10^th of each month for the previous month.

Your Options…

• OPTION #1 - STATE BUY: Your territory will be a whole state to re-sell as well as any leads from the Headquarters. This is done by advertising in your local papers, TV and radio ads, and word of mouth. You can advertise on the internet for your state only. All expenses are your responsibility. You will be independently owned and operated. You will become our state representative. You will have a two-year agreement with Headquarters.
• OPTION #2 - NATIONAL BUY:You will be able to sell any territory in any state or country. This is done by advertising on national internet sites such as: franchising, business to buy, business to sell, etc. You are limited to one website on the internet at any one time. There will be no other associates advertising on the same site as you. If a state is already sold to our representative you have the option of them handling the new inquiries or handling it yourself. You will split the territory and royalty/fee with them. Cost: $15,000- one-year agreement with Headquarters.
