Huntington Learning Center® is Reaccredited by CITA
Oradell, New Jersey - Sep 30, 2008 Huntington Learning Center®, the oldest supplemental education services provider in the country, announced today that they have been reaccredited by the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA), an agency that standardizes education systems and develops customized accreditation for schools that span the United States and for national and international schools around the world.

Huntington was first accredited by CITA in 1998 and completes a rigorous reaccreditation process every five years. In June 2008, the CITA review team visited Huntington to administer this process, working with Huntington's team to conduct internal process audits, review Huntington's short- and long-term goals and a number of supporting materials, and validate that Huntington continues to meet CITA standards. In addition to Huntington being accredited on a corporate level, all individual Huntington franchisees are required to seek accreditation through CITA, and are advised and guided by Huntington's corporate team on the steps necessary to do so.
