Before You Open Your Midas Shop You Will Receive:

  • Site selection assistance from a Midas Market Development Manager
  • Shop design guidance and floor plans
  • Equipment ordering assistance
  • New Franchisee Orientation that combines in-shop observation and experience with classroom training
  • Operations Manuals
  • Pre-opening counseling from a Midas District Manager
  • On-site support during opening

After You Open Your Midas Shop You Will Receive:

  • Field support and general business guidance from your assigned District Manager
  • Educational opportunities via newsletters, e-mails, voicemails and regional seminars
  • Marketing meetings to review advertising strategies and campaigns
  • Regional meetings with Midas Operations team to review shop retail performance
  • Access to Midas Corporate Support Groups:
    • Business Support Group call center, available Monday through Friday, where staff is trained to handle matters related to running your shop
    • Consumer Relations call center handles consumer inquiries
    • Focus on the Caller telephone mystery callers monitor communications with customers at the shop level
    • R.O. Writer Computer Software Support is available and provides technical assistance with inventory management software (fee applies).
