Pre-Opening Training & Support
As soon as you join our team, we begin working with you to help you get started. We provide you with:

• Comprehensive training - You will take part in our intensive one-week program at SmileBright Training Headquarters in Boston, MA, USA.
• Site selection assistance - We work with you to secure a location for your business.
• Location design - We work with you to develop floor plans for your specific location.
• Equipment ordering guidance- We help you order your equipment package for timely delivery. In some instances, our manufacturers can even consolidate your order, so you receive all of your equipment in one big shipment.

Ongoing Support
Once your location opens, we have systems in place to help you operate your business effectively, including:

1. Operations manual- Our in-depth manual covers a full range of topics important to running your business.
2. Field support- You will be assisted by a representative who will help you get started and provide ongoing operational evaluations.
3. Franchisee services- You will be assigned a coordinator who will serve as your main contact person, who is just a phone call or e-mail away.
4. Continuing education- You’ll receive periodic newsletters, e-mails and voicemails. Videos, DVD’s and additional training classes are also available.
