You’ll Facilitate High Level Meetings and Provide Invaluable Business Coaching Services
As a TAB franchisee, you will preside over monthly group meetings of owners, CEOs and presidents of privately held companies. These peer advisory boards consist of up to 10 members from non-competing businesses. During confidential, ‘think tank’ meetings, TAB board members discuss the challenges and opportunities their companies face and receive practical advice from fellow members and from you, the facilitator. In addition to facilitating, as a coach, you will work one on one with board members, helping them define their goals and assisting them in strategically leading their businesses to greater success.
