Extensive Training & Support Program

Training is a key component of the MonitorClosely franchise agreement.  The comprehensive program runs 4 days in a classroom style setting at our corporate offices.  The training is for the franchisee and one guest.  Prior to opening your local office, the training program must be completed.  This program is hosted on a regular basis, and the curriculum includes:

Ongoing Support
MonitorClosely’s support services are better understood when experienced firsthand at our corporate office.  Support services include:

  • Franchisee QuickConnect - This unique service allows franchisees to share information with one another.  Proprietary ID and password gets you access to MonitorClosely’s protected web site area, Franchise QuickConnect.  There you can exchange ideas and information in a quick and easy environment.
  • Weekly Operational & Marketing Conference Calls - In an effort to assist the franchisee, a weekly call is scheduled to discuss your objectives and how to reach your short and long term Sales Goals.
  • Annual Meetings and Conference - The exchange of successful business ideas is just one of the advantages of the annual Monitorlosely.com meetings.  Guest Speakers, new product launches, marketing materials, incentive programs and milestone awards are all part of the agenda for these meetings.
  • Operational Field Visits - A member of our operations support staff will spend up to three full days on site at your office location helping as needed.  This is scheduled by request, and there is a nominal fee for this service.
  • Referral and Incentive Programs - From our web site to other franchise location cash incentive referrals, MonitorClosely is continuously working on ways to generate more income for you.
