Previous Industry Experience is Not Necessary…
Remedy's training program is one of the most comprehensive of its kind. Everything you’ll need to know to operate a successful franchise will be provided in a multi-tiered training course. Then, once you open your office, we provide on-going training and support second to none. You can expect:

• President’s Training – you’ll learn all about the procedures involved in running a successful Remedy office. The second week is devoted to sales and marketing techniques.
• Fast Track Launch Plan — This is a detailed, step-by-step instruction plan, including all the required marketing tools to launch your office. It covers site selection, space planning and office start-up procedures. 
• Online Training — Remedy has training in all aspects of the business online, which all franchisees and their staff have access to and can down load when required. 
• Success Partnering — We assign an experienced industry specialist whose sole function is to support you during your first year and as you grow. This person will visit your office and be a resource to you in all aspects of running and growing the business. After year one, an Area Vice President will continue to provide advice throughout the term of the franchise agreement to ensure your market share continues to grow and to assist with:
