The Growing Room Franchise Process

Step One: Request a Confidential Franchise Package through our website. Once received, Submit our Franchise Application.

Step Two: Review of Franchise Application - When we receive the completed application, we will conduct a national criminal background check, character check, and credit check to verify all information submitted on the application. If your application is approved, a meeting will be set up for you to visit our Growing Room Corporate office.

Step Three: Meeting at the Corporate Office - Your initial meeting will be held at the Growing Room Corporate Office and will include a full presentation regarding Growing Room and our Franchise Program. You will also be given a tour of one of our company owned Child Care centers. You will receive a copy of our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC), which provides very detailed information on our company and our franchising program. You will be required to sign a receipt acknowledging you have received the UFOC.

Step Four: Business Plan Meeting - Prior to this meeting, we request the potential franchisee to thoroughly review our UFOC and discuss it's contents with any partners or associates. At this meeting we ask you to submit a preliminary business plan. We will discuss your plan and answer any questions you have regarding the UFOC. We will discuss Franchisee and Franchisor responsibilities, your personal qualifications and business objectives. You will also have the opportunity to meet the members of our executive team, who provide training and support to our franchisees.

Step Five: Approval and Signing of Franchise Agreement - After the Business Plan Meeting, the Franchise committee will review all submitted information and make the determination whether to proceed into a franchise relationship with you. If approved, we will prepare the Franchise Agreement and supporting documents and will set a meeting with you to sign the agreement.

Step Six: We will guide you through the process of opening your center. After your center is up and running, we will continue to provide ongoing support to you as needed to ensure you are operating a successful center.
