When you join us we’ll work closely with you, offering you extensive support and guidance. We’ll teach you every aspect of the ANDY ONCALL® operating system, including how to connect homeowners with craftsmen. Experience in the home repair, or construction industry is not necessary, however, good management and organization skills are helpful.

The Right Business Package
In addition to a solid concept and a proven operating system, as an ANDY ONCALL® franchisee you’ll also receive the following:

• Exclusive territory: You will be granted an exclusive territory in which to operate your ANDY ONCALL® franchise, free from competition from other ANDY ONCALL® franchise locations or company-owned offices.
• Site selection and lease negotiation guidance: ANDY ONCALL® will provide you with complete site selection and lease negotiation guidelines in order to help you identify and secure a reasonably priced office space that will meet your needs.
• Design and construction assistance: ANDY ONCALL® will show you how to design your office for the most efficient workflow. Typically, very little – if any – construction is needed.
• Marketing materials: We have developed marketing campaigns, as well as advertising, promotions and public relations materials which will help you launch your business, gain an immediate market presence and attract customers.
• Operations, setup and customer service manuals: The ANDY ONCALL® operations, setup and customer service manuals are comprehensive, yet easy-to-use reference guides, covering in detail every aspect of opening and managing your business.
• Comprehensive training: First, you will train for up to 10 days at the ANDY ONCALL® home office
• in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Then, we will come to your location for up to five days to help you after your business opens.
• Human resources support: The ANDY ONCALL® concept requires you to hire only one initial employee. We will teach you how to recruit, hire, train and motivate the customer service representative.
• Equipment and supply package: While only a limited amount of equipment and supplies are needed to operate an ANDY ONCALL® franchise, we will show you how to get the best value for your investment.
