Additionally, our franchise owners do not need to run the day-to-day operations of their business. If you choose not to work in your business, you must hire a qualified general manager to fill the role.

When you join us, you will receive all the tools, training and support you need to open your new business. You can expect:

• Site Review and Approval: Once your agreement is finalized, our representative provides you with all of the site requirements to assist you in the selection and approval of your Seattle Drip location. In certain markets, Seattle Drip may provide sites.
• Site Construction: Using our proprietary, turnkey modular building.
• Management/Staff Training: Training to prepare you to successfully operate and manage your business. Training is conducted in video, classroom, and in-store settings to balance your learning.
• Grand Opening Support: Onsite coaching is available.
• Ongoing Support and Guidance: You benefit from our experienced staff of professionals in the areas of operations, finance and marketing.
• Operations Manual: Which contains all the approved personnel procedures, purchasing and control techniques, and all the other necessary programs and systems to operate a Seattle Drip Franchise.
