Comprehensive training- We train you to manage a Jamba Juice unit, and we'll train your team to help ensure a successful opening. You and an operating partner, or a general manager will attend Jamba's 6-week, full time, in-unit training program. This training program will teach you the day-to-day operation of your Jamba Juice unit. In addition, our orientation program will explain in detail how you can leverage Jamba's support center.

Established relationships with vendors- We source and contract globally to ensure we get the right ingredients delivered to your door at the right prices. We have established relationships with vendors who will guide you to the right products, equipment and small wares. We have also negotiated volume discounts on your behalf and we pass all of those savings on to you.

Operations assistance- After signing of your franchise agreement, you will be in touch with your Region Franchise Manager (RFM) who is responsible for directly supporting you. You can count on your RFM for operational input and best practices from hundreds of other Jamba Juice units. In addition, your RFM will visit you regularly to ensure we are meeting your needs and that you are maximizing the potential of your business.

Ongoing support- The Jamba Juice support center continues to drive the brand and supports your efforts in the areas of marketing, real estate and development, supply chain management, and IT. Should you have questions or need help with issues in these areas, your RFM will put you in touch with the appropriate person at the Jamba Juice support center.
