Restaurant Location, Design and Construction
Now is one of the best times to be looking for a location. Our team will work with you to identify the right locations, allowing you to open for a fraction of the cost of building out a new location. That combined with falling lease rates, makes this a great time to open a wine bar. Once your location is selected our team works with you to create the ideal floor plan that ensures the optimal utilization. Our back of house layout focuses on maximizing the efficiency of the kitchen and storage areas while our front of the house layout centers around the bar area, wine cellar and seating areas. Our approved architect then works with our sister company, Barringer Construction, to construct your location in a cost effective manner to help you get open on time and on budget.
Training and Operations Manual
Whether you are a restaurant veteran or operating a restaurant for the first time, you will appreciate the support that SoNapa provides. Our two week training program and the SoNapa Operations Manual guide you every step of the way in daily procedures for opening and operating your wine bar. Once construction has started on your location, we will schedule you for your comprehensive training at our corporate training store in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
