"I just wanted to let you know that the wines you selected for dinner were perfect!  The Albarino with the tomato soup was great and the Spanish Mas Donis with the filet (wrapped in phyllo) was outstanding.  The moscato you picked for the lemon sorbet was just like you said: not carbonated, but effervescent.  And the port went perfectly with the chocolate cake.
