Candidates should have a minimum of $300,000 in liquid assets and $600,000 in Net Worth. If you meet our qualifications, we offer a complete business package which includes all the training and tools you’ll need for success. Prior to opening your new restaurant, Huddle House provides a 7-9 week performance-based comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of operations, including hospitality, food preparation, cost control, staffing control and marketing. After your restaurant opening, ongoing support is offered to help keep your business running smoothly and a centrally located food commissary allows for consistent food and supply purchasing.

Huddle House business elements include an initial franchise fee of $25,000; royalty rate 4.75% and a national marketing fund contribution of 1.5%.

2011 Development Incentive Program
Huddle House is excited to announce a new incentive program created to further accelerate our growth. For a limited time, qualified franchisees will receive a $5,000 reduction in the initial franchise fee and an additional $5,000 Marketing Contribution from Huddle House to be used towards local store marketing to support the opening of their new restaurant. And for the first time ever we are offering a special Huddle House Veterans Development Incentive.  With this special incentive, qualified Veterans of our Armed Forces will receive a reduction of the initial franchise fee from $25,000 to $12,500.
