• A comprehensive 15-day training program at a certified training store that covers every aspect of running your business including; operational procedures, cost controls, staffing, labor controls and management skills.
• Onsite training at your location to assist you during your opening period.
• Coaching  in various facets of:
  • Selecting a site for your store.
  • Constructing and building your store.
  • Furniture and equipment.
  • Marketing and advertising your business.
  • Hiring and training your staff.
• A complete operations manual that is periodically updated.
• Onsite assistance on a regular basis from Ritter’s Regional Director of Operations, who will counsel you on business issues such as; operating procedures, inventory, cost control, profitability, and marketing.
• An annual franchisee conference which brings Ritter’s franchise owners together to discuss opportunities to improve skills and business profitability. It also allows TRUFOODS to communicate with all franchisees about new product marketing efforts and operational improvements.
