• Site selection assistance - A CiCi's development representative will work with you to identify the best locations within your territory.
• Lease negotiation guidance - Once a site is chosen, one of CiCi's approved attorneys will start the lease review process.
• Design and construction assistance - The CiCi's construction department will work with you to coordinate the design and construction of your new CiCi's Pizza restaurant. The construction and development departments will ensure that your restaurant is built to standards and in the most efficient fashion.
• Extensive marketing support - The CiCi’s marketing team develops and administers advertising and sales programs that are designed to promote all restaurants in the CiCi's system. Our strategic marketing campaigns consist of national network television, cable and radio advertisements that effectively build awareness. We also create and distribute cost-effective, local marketing programs.
• Access to equipment and supplies from our preferred vendor - Our approved supplier carries all of the food, equipment and supplies you’ll need, and offers the best quality, service, and price.
