• Site location - We work with local Broker Tenant Reps who will assist you with your site selection requirements such as co-tenant mix, key access points to your center, daytime population, etc. Your Broker Tenant Rep will work with you to do a full demographic study on all potential locations and assist you in presenting them to us for a final evaluation.
•  Lease Negotiations - We will help you with you negotiate your Letter of Intent with the landlord, we strongly recommend an attorney review your finial lease prior to signing.
• General Contractor and Build Out Process - Every step of your build out process from design to finished restaurant has been simplified by utilizing one of our pre-approved General Contractors.
• Training at Salad University - 13 Days in our corporate office in Margate, FL. and an additional 7 days in your store prior to and during your soft opening. The founding team at Salad Creations comprises experienced restaurant and franchising professionals who possess over 100 years of combined experience in the Restaurant industry. Salad Creations is committed to helping you cultivate your business and has developed an excellent training program. Salad University will teach you how not just to meet, but exceed guest expectations. We cover all aspects of restaurant operations, including hands on-in store training, marketing, and advertising, restaurant operations, management techniques, cost accounting, inventory ordering and control, hospitality, and general business practices.
• Grand Opening - Salad Creations has developed a strong Grand Opening program and strategy to help launch your restaurant's success.
• Ongoing Corporate, Field and Website Support - You will receive the benefit of our Franchise Support team along with your local Area Director to help and assist when you need it.
