Training and Business Support:

• Comprehensive training - A one week classroom training program is included for owners and managers which covers business procedures as well as training with all software.
• Employee recruiting, training, and development.
• Customer sales goals and retention programs.
• Our powerful web-based software package, which includes scheduling, accounting, and payroll procedures. This software gives you the ability to view your LaVida Massage location with up to the minute statistics including your sales reports whether you are at home or on location, you are always in touch with the day to day operations of your business.
• Marketing programs and materials.
• Unlimited and ongoing support - Webinars and teleconferences will keep you informed and up-to-date. You may contact our staff at corporate headquarters via phone and email. You will also have access to the corporate Intranet where you can post questions and exchange ideas with your fellow LaVida Massage franchisees.

Build-Out and Set-Up Assistance: 

• Site selection assistance- We guide you through selecting your location and the build-out process.
• Build-out support- We’ll assist you with determining the specifications and materials needed for the build-out, and you’ll have access to preferred vendors who offer products at a discounted rate.
• Opening day assistance- Our corporate staff will be on location to ensure that your grand opening day goes off without a hitch.

Choose the Business Model that Suits Your Goals

• Single unit franchise: We will grant you, as an individual or entity, a single use franchise license to own and operate a single LaVida Massage Center location.

• Multi-unit franchise: This is a 3-location commitment and is our executive model. This will insure you as an individual or entity, the areas and territories that you are building in. This is an attractive option for absentee ownership.

• Mini-master development: LaVida Massage grants an individual or entity a license to develop a predetermined territory. The franchisee must operate their own single unit franchise and always be available to support the local franchisees in their region. In addition you must have adequate resources to develop their territory. In exchange, you will receive portions of upfront franchise fees and ongoing monthly royalties that are collected within the territory. Financing is available for approved mini-master franchisee candidates.
• International development: Lavida Massage is seeking master developers partners for most countries with in the world; You will receive portions of upfront franchise fees and ongoing royalties that are collected within your country. Please inquire for specific details relating to your country.
