Dear Prospective Franchisee,

Let me introduce myself. I’m Rusty Hale and along with Carol Sue Hale, and Bob Myers, we have three Nature Stone franchises, one in Indiana, one in Illinois, and one in South Carolina. We have been in business since February, 2007.

First, I want to assure you that Nature Stone is a spectacular product. Customers love their new floor and are proud to show it off to family, friends, and neighbors. It is especially rewarding to provide a service that not only solves someone’s problem, but also beautifies his or her living space.

You have great support from the Corporate Office. I can’t say enough about their IT wizard. You literally have computer support 24/7. 

Our biggest challenge has been recognition. The Nature Stone name and our product were totally unknown in this area before we started. By using advertising, home shows, fairs and referrals the word is spreading. We are on-track to nearly triple our business this year.
