Start a USA Insulation Franchise, Starting a Home Related Franchise

USA Insulation will be awarding a limited number of franchises in select territories nationwide. If you believe that owning a USA Insulation franchise may be right for you, and if you qualify, you may be among the select few to join our franchisee family. The information provided in this kit is intended to introduce you to the USA Insulation franchise program. You will receive complete details by following the steps outlined below. By doing so, however, you are under no obligation to purchase a franchise; neither are we obligated to award one to you. Here's how to proceed:

1. Complete and return the Personal Profile form: After you have reviewed the franchise brochure, your next step will be to complete our Personal Profile Form. This form will include the financial information we need to determine your eligibility for meeting our financial requirements. Please be assured that the information you provide to us will be held in the strictest confidence, and will only be used in determining your qualifications for a USA Insulation franchise.

2. Receive the Federal Disclosure Document (FDD): After we have reviewed your Personal Profile Form and you have met our initial qualifications, you will receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). This document provides complete disclosure about our franchise opportunity. Receipt of the FDD does not obligate either party.

3. Review FDD: After you receive the FDD, one of our franchise representatives will walk you through the document and answer any questions you may have and to further help you understand the scope of the business and the day-to-day operations. We'll also discuss available territories and demographics at this stage of the process.

4. Attend Discovery Day: In order to get better acquainted with each other, and after we have progressed through the steps outlined above, you will be invited to attend Discovery Day to meet with the USA Insulation management team.

5. Sign the Franchise Agreement:After you have attended Discovery Day, have had all of your questions answered, and have been approved by our Executive Committee, your franchise agreement will be signed, and you'll be on your way to owning your own USA Insulation franchise!
