One On One Support and Guidance… 
Once you have completed our Merchandising and Store Layout training, you will sit down with our affiliate store design and fixture team. These individuals will customize your layout, order your selected fixtures, and setup the fixtures once completed and delivered. Once your store layout is completed, we will assist you in placing your initial orders with our contracted manufacturers and distributors. Our team will then help you plan a Grand Opening extravaganza! The two weeks prior to your Grand Opening are very eventful. Your fixtures will be setup by our affiliate store layout team and your first deliveries will arrive.

At this point, we train you on in-store activities such as: Point of Sale system usage, our company database usage, and associate-level training. Through experience, we have learned that these activities are best learned just prior to opening. After training and preparing for the Grand Opening, you will be ready to receive your first customers into your new Nature's Pet Market store.
