Complete "Information Request Form"
Please complete our Information Request Form to receive additional information. If you meet our preliminary criteria and your territory is available, a representative will be in touch within 2 business days.
3.
Initial phone call
During our first call we will further discuss the Games 2 U opportunity. We will also cover a few key topics including; your motivation, business background and territory of interest.
4. Receive marketing packet
After you've talked with one of Games 2 U’s Franchise Sales Associates we will email out a Marketing Packet with additional information on the program and an application.
5. Return application
The application tells us that you are serious about the opportunity and it will also give us a clear picture of your financial situation and managerial plans.
6. Discovery Day Conference Call
After we receive you application we will contact you to schedule a Discovery Day Conference Call to further discuss your interest and to schedule a Discovery Day.
7. Attend Discovery Day
Qualified and interested candidates will be invited to meet the Games2U team, see an actual Games2U event, and receive detailed information about the Games2U opportunity. Discovery Days are held twice a month at our corporate headquarters in Austin, TX. At this time, approved applicants will also receive the Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document (UFDD). The UFDD further defines the relationship between us - the Franchisor (us) and the Franchisee (you). It is a legal document, and it is what you will sign in order to become an Games2U franchisee.
8. UFDD Conference Call
Within two weeks of receiving the UFDD, we will contact you to schedule a UFDD Conference Call. This call will give you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about the UFDD or Franchise Agreement. If you plan to review the UFDD with an attorney, or have specific legal questions, please submit your questions prior to our call.
9. Signing
If we feel that you are a great franchisee candidate and you are ready to proceed, you will submit paperwork and payment and we will arrange a training schedule and delivery of your vehicle and Mobile Gaming Theater. The signing is done remotely and does not require a trip back to our headquarters.
