As a ComForcare Senior Services franchisee you’ll receive the following:

• Comprehensive training: ComForcare^SM provides five days of thorough training at our corporate headquarters in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Training is conducted by professionals with substantial experience in all aspects of home care business operations. The training program is intended to get the new franchise owner up and running quickly and effectively.

  Each day of training is dedicated to different aspects of the business including sales and marketing, daily operations and scheduling, operational software, administration and accounting. Our training classes are small in size and all training is conducted in a warm, casual, interactive environment.

• Operational software: We have developed our own time-saving software that manages all aspects of the business: scheduling, billing, payroll, employee management, and much more. Because this package is owned and supported by ComForcare, all software support is free and there are no annual service fees.

• Extensive ongoing support: ComForcare offers ongoing guidance and support from the experts who built the original franchise. This extensive program includes the following support:

  • Availability of daily e-mail consultation.
  • Availability of daily telephone consultation.
  • Annual and semi-annual conferences.
  • A web site that generates leads, which are distributed to franchisees.
  • Ongoing development of promotional items used in your local marketing.
  • Monthly newsletters providing tips and advice.
