9 Steps to Franchise Partnership Guide  

1. Submit Confidential Questionnaire - We appreciate your interest in our franchise opportunity. Your completed questionnaire begins the process of information.  This is the first step towards franchise ownership.
2. Introduction to Homewatch CareGivers Call - This step will immerse you in Homewatch CareGivers history, culture and values. We will also introduce you to this exciting industry and how we have become the leader in the Home Care Industry as well as your role as a franchise partner.
3. Territory Review - On this call we will have identified and agreed upon your territory based on your interest and market availability.
4. FDD Call - Your representative will review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) with you and answer any questions you may have.
5. Pre-Opening & Training - On this very important call we will review all the necessary steps needed to prepare you as a Homewatch CareGivers franchise partner. This step covers everything from after you become a franchisee through the opening of your office, and our on-going training opportunities.
6. Franchisee Validation Call - This step is designed to help you achieve the most out of your calls with other franchisees. Having this step in the middle of the process you will have a better understanding of the opportunity and be able to get the most out of each call.
7. Franchise Support - On this call, you will learn more about our marketing programs, technology, and on-going world class support services.          
8. Executive Staff Interview - This is your opportunity to speak with our President and Executive Staff prior to receiving an invitation for a Discovery Day visit.
9. Discovery Day Visit! - Congratulations! This is the final step in our mutual evaluation process before you are awarded a franchise. Your Discovery Day visit will give you an opportunity to meet with our executive staff and department managers who will work closely with you as a new franchisee. This is a very exciting time for all of us!
