The Ebiz Exel program is designed for entrepreneurial minded individuals that would like to own and operate their own business brokerage in the U.S. The program licenses your use of the materials, training and document use of Ebiz Brokerage.com, Inc. Ongoing training and support by Ebiz is the cornerstone of success for these business owners.

EBiz licensed businesses, benefit in a variety of ways as shown below:

• Initial Broker training/Online (40 hours) plus 3 hours of Ebiz Exel program training
• Five (5) listing leads per month included
• One year membership to IBBA
• Preparation of sales brochure and publication of advertising on four (4) national listing portals
• Monthly webinars on a variety of Business Brokerage subjects including a Q&A period
• Template documents for your insertion of logo and company name (listing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, letter of intent, sales agreement, non-compete agreements, bill of sale, employment agreement, closing summary)
• Ebiz Exel members will receive a profile of their business on our site.
• Assistance in the preparation of all closing documents and an available trust account for the Exel Broker’s use
• As an independent business, Ebiz Brokerage gives you the opportunity to expand your business to include commercial real estate, commercial loans or any other product. Your affiliation as an Ebiz Brokerage licensee, provides the credibility you need for success
• Learn how to sell Brick and Mortar businesses, online businesses, and franchise resale business.
• The initial Program investment is $20,000 for new Business Broker candidates
• Monthly Advertising, Administrative Services and License fee-$200.00/mo.Exel brokers pay 1% to Ebiz Brokerage on the closing of each transaction

The partnership with Ebiz includes monthly listing leads and a virtual assistant to help procure sellers and buyers.
