Goodcents provides support before, during and after each restaurant opens and continually looks for ways to support our franchisees and culture.

• Real Estate and Construction Support:
  Our team will guide you throughout the entire process! Professional assistance in site selection, lease negotiation and construction coordination are provided. 
• Training & Operations Support:
  Goodcents offers twenty days of in-depth, hands-on, in-restaurant and classroom training at our Support Center and certified training restaurants.  Training includes vital operational topics including:
  
  • Customer service techniques
  • Food and labor cost control
  • Profitable sales growth
  • Marketing and sales programs
  • And much more!

  Our Field Consultants provide ongoing support to franchisees and managers in the form of regular in-person visits geared towards cooperative problem solving, providing guidance around company initiatives, cost controls, sales opportunities, goal setting and reporting.

  Marketing your restaurant starts before you’re in business!  As soon as you join the Goodcents family our marketing team will be partnering with you to tell your story and introduce our amazing pillowy-soft bread, with meat sliced fresh to order, to your future guests.  We work with you every step of the way to build a strategy that will build brand awareness in your community and reach your goals.
