Greenbelly is a fast-casual, eco-friendly establishment that serves environmentally fine food. No fryers are used so all the food is fresh and healthy. The containers and disposables are made from 100% compostable corn and are environmentally sustainable. As a family-based business, every customer is considered part of the Greenbelly family.
Under the creative direction of Grandmother YiaYia Asimina, Greenbelly promotes much more than great food. As a franchise owner, you will spread her love of fine metropolitan cuisine while being socially responsible by using 100% environmentally sustainable packaging.
Two Business Models
Greenbelly gives franchise owners the choice between the following two business models:
- Full-service restaurant with or without a drive-thru and our express units
- Express units are made from shipping containers and are delivered to site with equipment in them. They are made for suburbs and put in parking lots.
Training
Greenbelly provides training to all franchise owners and managers at the Greenbelly headquarters in Omaha, NE for 64 hours. Franchisees will also receive personal one-on-one training in a visit to their location.
Support
Greenbelly will assist you using their nationwide commercial realtors to help you find the best site, in the city of your choice. In addition, you'll receive assistance with negotiating a lease and recruiting staff and have access to an in-house architect.
