Hydrate IV Bar was founded in 2016 by Denver native Katie Gillberg with a vision to bring IV therapy into a more approachable, elevated setting—serving clients who are proactive about their health and seeking holistic wellness solutions.
Today, clients visit Hydrate IV Bar for vitamin injections, signature IV therapy cocktails, and NAD+ injections and infusions. Our streamlined menu supports core wellness needs including health optimization, immunity, recovery, athletic performance, anti-aging, and travel support. Offerings include the industry-standard Myers’ Cocktail, along with our signature Katie Cocktail—a Myers’ blend enhanced with Vitamin C and Glutathione. Notably, $5 from every Katie Cocktail is donated to local nonprofit partners in the communities we serve.
All services are administered by experienced registered nurses, with each location operating under the oversight of a Medical Director.

Most locations are staffed with one RN and one Spa Coordinator per shift, creating a highly efficient labor structure compared to many franchise concepts. Hydrate IV Bar began franchising in 2020 and has grown to 50 units sold across the U.S., with multiple locations currently operating in Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Utah, Georgia, Wisconsin, and New Jersey.
