Ever been to a pizza place where the kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant?  When you go out  for pizza at Midici you select your own fresh ingredients to top it center stage, in a kind of  classy buffet style fashion.

Midici finds yet another way to individualize pizza and make it stand out from the average fast food  weekend staple. It serves authentic Neapolitan Pizza with a combination of a chewy and crisp dough  topped with all-natural, non-GMO ingredients, all baked to perfection in 90 seconds flat.

From the decor to the equipment, Midici put thought in every aspect of the franchise. The artisan  wood-fired ovens were hand built by a third-generation family company in Naples and are made of sand  and stone harvested in Naples.

Simple, Delicious and All Natural

Midici dough is made with only four fine ingredients: non-GMO double zero flour imported from  Naples, pure water, sea salt and live yeast. The authentic and pure garnishes include crushed non- GMO Italian peeled tomatoes, “white gold” buffalo mozzarella, fresh whole mozzarella and organic,  non-GMO, Italian extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil.

Experienced Leadership

Midici founder, Amit Kleinberger, is also the CEO of Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt and is responsible for  growing the franchise to 500 locations worldwide. Amit’s entrepreneurial experience prior to frozen  yogurt was in owning businesses in retail, wholesale, health care, and real estate. Midici was  inspired by his travels throughout Naples and he hopes to bring friends together through the purity,  passion, flavor history and art of Neapolitan pizza.
