Sheenco is now offering a limited one-year Licensed Business Opportunity designed for individuals who want to build and operate their own luxury travel business with the support of an established international brand. This model allows commercially minded applicants to build under the Sheenco name using proven sales processes, marketing infrastructure and operational systems, without paying an upfront franchise fee.
While this is presented alongside typical franchise investment figures, the one-year licence model is specifically designed as a “try before you buy” pathway. There are no upfront licence fees payable to Sheenco during the initial 12-month term. Any stated investment range should be understood as general working capital and optional business set-up costs (such as home office equipment, insurance, marketing activities, travel for training/events, and reserves to support day-to-day living while commissions ramp).
Sheenco Licensees are responsible for business development, client consultations and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, while Sheenco’s Ireland-based operations team manages supplier contracting, concierge services and fulfilment. Income is commission-based, with Licensees earning a share of revenue from each confirmed booking.
Licensees receive structured onboarding, destination training and ongoing support across sales processes, systems and supplier engagement, enabling them to build product knowledge, manage client consultations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings within a clearly defined and supported business framework.
Initial leads may be provided to support onboarding; however, this is a sales-focused opportunity and long-term success is dependent on Licensees developing their own pipeline through consistent outreach, relationship-building and consultative selling.
As with any business, this opportunity requires time to build momentum, with earnings typically growing between 6–12 months as Licensees establish their client base. For this reason, candidates should have the financial capacity to support themselves during the initial growth phase — this is why liquid capital requirements are focused on personal runway, rather than upfront fees.
This is not a side-hustle opportunity. Licensees are expected to commit consistent time each week to growing their business. While the role offers flexibility and can be operated from home or remotely with a reliable internet connection, success is dependent on treating the opportunity as a professional, service-led business from the outset.
