Initial Training: an intensive 5-day training course at the corporate support center where where a dedicated team of experts will take you through each specific function of your business. During this time you’ll learn about the administrative and operational sides of the business including sales, marketing, finance, care, human resources, customer service and more.

Onsite Training: Amada support coaches will spend time in your territory to kick start your sales and recruiting strategies and will touch on every aspect of the business; from walking into your local hospitals and other already identified referral sources, to interviewing caregivers and performing a needs analysis for a new client.

Staff Development Training: A crucial part of the training process includes teaching franchisees how to find and train caregivers, and prepare them to staff and run every area of their business.

On-going Training: Amada coaches will be a phone call away in addition to a support team which has more than 50 years' experience to assist you with on-going training and support.
