Coast Supply showrooms range from 2,000-3,000 square feet. Regardless of unit size, the showrooms are designed to help the customer visualize their space by providing beautifully staged rooms, providing beautifully oversized flooring samples, a custom couch creation center, and helpful staff to guide them toward finding the perfect product that will bring their vision to reality.

History

Coast Supply has been a family-owned and operated establishment since its inception in 1945. Originally known as Coast Glass, it established itself as a trusted provider of windows and doors in downtown Santa Barbara. Over the years, Coast Glass earned a solid reputation within the local community. In 2004, the business expanded its offerings to include custom flooring in downtown Carpinteria. Then, in 2016, Coast Supply further diversified its portfolio by venturing into home furnishings, helping customers enhance their living spaces with quality furnishings and décor.

While Coast Supply has evolved significantly since its humble beginnings as a glass shop, its core principles remain unchanged. We continue to prioritize offering great value products built to last, staffed by the most knowledgeable individuals in our trades, and delivering genuine old-fashioned customer service with every project.

We believe in the importance of a successful retail store, beginning with a well-planned pre-grand opening strategy and an exciting Grand Opening event. We suggest hosting a highly publicized day(s) to encourage your customer base to visit your Coast Supply location for the first time, with comprehensive Grand Opening training provided to each franchisee and their initial staff. Activities and communications for the Grand Opening day should be engaging and light-hearted, catering to various customer types, while offering discounts on specific products or within a specified timeframe to entice potential customers. Additionally, franchisees will complete Franchisee Certification Training at Coast Supply headquarters, with the duration tailored to the latest training itinerary to ensure a deep understanding of our business model.
