Franchise.com’s office is located at an old Air Force base so we get the huge benefit of having front row seats to the Portsmouth Boston Air Show and Blue Angels every year. It’s exciting…the base transforms from a business district to an active, buzzing airport with cool planes from around the world. As I was watching them buzz over our office in total amazement I thought how interesting a it was that a group of people in a completely different career display what it takes to be successful. It is just like a franchise system, or any business. The biggest difference for them is they HAVE to be successful. Maybe we could all decide that is a requirement for ourselves too?

- When you work as a group, all with the same goal you can do amazing things.
- Practice, practice, practice.
- Communication is key so you don’t “bump” into one another.
- Enjoy the ride.
- If you are not a little scared sometimes you are probably not living up to your potential.
